Personal introductions: name, amount of computer experience, assistive technology used, why they are taking the class, and goals (academic, personal, work).

Writing assignment: Short essay using standard essay format, descriptive poem, or research paper.

Setup Web pages for new students.

Setup Web pages for new students.

Discussion about the Internet and student purpose for individual home pages.

Internet element assignments.

Discuss weekly class format: One day a week working on Internet navigation activities and one day a week working on basic computer skills.
