Adding Links and Lists to a Web page.

Most Windows applications have a Menu Bar. Below is a graphic showing the location of the Menu Bar.

How to insert a hyperlink.

Under the Insert menu option, there will be a Hyperlink selection. Below is a graphic of the drop down menu showing the hyperlink option and another graphic of the hyperlink dialog box.

How to insert a List.

Select the most appropriate style to use with your content and purpose. If necessary, refer back to Lesson 3 that discusses ordered, unordered, and nested lists. Lesson 3

Under the Format menu option, there will be a Bullets and Numbering selection. Below are graphics representing the Format drop down menu selection and the Bullets and Numbering dialog box.

       

Steps to insert a list:

  1. Open the Format Menu
  2. Choose whether you want an Ordered, Unordered, or Nested List.
